Due to Covid-19 it is not possible to teach in person, but please ring to see what arrangements can be made as the restrictions are lifted.

Meanwhile, I am teaching one-to-one via Zoom and WhatsApp. Lessons are for 30mins and, although different, have been found to be very helpful.

The Alexander Technique can teach you how to change old patterns of stress and pain, and poor co-ordination, and show you how to experience standing, walking, breathing and moving more freely.
